Jayne Hanlon Realty provides a full service program to represent and assist buyers in the search, evaluation, and purchase of non-commercial use (e.g. residential use) properties. Such properties may include resale homes, new or under construction homes (including new subdivision homes), developed lots, acreage, and "For Sale by Owner" (FSBO) properties.  An Exclusive Buyer Agent will leverage  their knowledge and expertise to locate and qualify the properties that best fit your requirements.  This will simplify your search process and shorten the overall purchase process.   For your reference, the services that are always provided by Jayne Hanlon Realty are contrasted with the services of a firm that works with buyer clients in addition to seller clients (listing property).  Please note that firms that are not dedicated to Buyer Agency cannot always offer the service provide by Jayne Hanlon Realty because they have a conflict of interest caused by having seller clients.
